Defective Product Return Policy
If you receive an item that is defective, please Contact Us within 15 days of item receipt. Defective items can be returned for replacement or repair. Expressions of Time will facilitate product replacement to reduce impact to the customer. In most cases, a replacement item will be shipped, with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions for return of the defective item. Unless instructed otherwise, defective products should not be returned to Expressions of Time directly. This will only delay replacement.
After 15 days, please follow manufacturer's warranty for product replacement/repair. If you receive an item that does not include a copy of the manufacturer's warranty, you can view manufacturer warranty information on our site by going to Warranty Information.
Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days.
Please Contact Us for a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. All returns must be in 'as received' condition and include all original packaging, warranty cards and manuals. Items that are not in 'as received' condition will not be accepted.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Include a note with your original order number and reason for return. Mail the package to the address below.

Restocking Fees
With the exception of the following, Expressions of Time does not charge a restocking fee:
- A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for any non-defective Uttermost product returns.
- Products that qualify for
free shipping will be assessed a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost
of shipping and handling.
- Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds cannot be processed for any amount greater than the original amount paid. Shipping and handling is reimbursed for defective items only, if returned for a replacement.
Free Shipping Refund Policy
Return of products that qualify for free shipping will be assessed a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
